The I&R ToolKit allows I&R agencies and staff to access field-tested knowledge and resources to enhance their ability to achieve AIRS Standards in the provision of quality I&R services.

The AIRS I&R ToolKit is the only resource that features Best Practices from accredited agencies and key archived articles from the AIRS Journal of Information & Referral.
