The I&R ToolKit allows I&R agencies and staff to access field-tested knowledge and resources to enhance their ability to achieve AIRS Standards in the provision of quality I&R services.
The AIRS I&R ToolKit is the only resource that features Best Practices from accredited agencies and key archived articles from the AIRS Journal of Information & Referral.
This is a free resource to AIRS members at the Standard level and above. If you have not yet secured your username and password or if you are experiencing difficulties logging into the site, please email info@airs.org.
If you are not yet an AIRS member, but would like to learn more about all the benefits of AIRS membership (including access to this resource), please click here to download your membership application for potential U.S. members and potential Canadian members.
Financial support for the AIRS I&R ToolKit comes from NetBank. Special consideration and recognition is also accorded to Info Line, Inc. of Akron, Ohio and the many AIRS volunteers who contributed towards the development of this collection of I&R resources.
